Our Project Division covers a broad variety of services in the following main sectors: Key equipment for chemical and petrochemical plants, machinery for steel-related industry, power plants with focus on renewable energy development such as wind farms and photovoltaic installations and - last but not least - we are active in the transportation business, such as locomotive leasing, the import of rolling stock to Europe and the export of European track maintenance machines and subsystems to overseas.

In these business areas Mitsui is not only responsible for the process of import and export but also intensively integrated in supporting and developing innovative and future-oriented projects. Thus we are actively contributing to open up emerging markets, and on the basis of our many years´ experience and know-how we are presumed to be a faithful and professional co-operation partner.

Mitsui develops and organizes the engineering and construction of new investment projects in such fields as energy, power plant, railway, electronics, chemical plant and infrastructure and is also involved in the planning of new and the modernization of existing steel and non-ferrous factories.
