TAFMER TM A and TAFMER TM P are unique polyolefins that enhance the impact strength and flexibility of the products that employ them. For instance, as a coating for fire retardant wire or cable, TAFMER TM A retains its flexibility, shows high tensile strength and has outstanding low temperature impact strength. In addition, TAFMER TM A yields satisfactory adhesive strength when blended with LDPE extrusion coating. TAFMER TM P improves the impact strength in lightweight, rust-free PP automotive bumpers and in food-packaging material and easily peelable packaging containers with controllable sealing strength.
TAFMER TM XR is a superior low crystalline copolymer of propylene and alpha-olefin which is perfect for biaxially oriented polypropylene (PP) and cast film sealant as well as a resin modifier for polyolefins. It has excellent low-temperature sealability, and good sealing performance in a wide temperature range. As a heat seal layer for OPP film, TAFMER TM XM is an excellent package sealer for tobacco, chocolates, cookies and crackers, and nori (dried seaweed). In addition, the low-temperature shrink characteristics of PP can be improved with TAFMER TM XM.
