Eval ^TM (Ethylene-Vinylalcohol) is a high barrier plastic, which is especially characterized by its high Oxygen-, gas- aroma- and odor barrier. Therefore the main application is packaging for food- and non food industry but it is also used for industrial applications (plastic fuel tanks, heating pipes, etc.). Eval ^TM is mostly used for multilayer structures, where its exceeding barrier properties are needed. Eval ^TM is a thermoplastic and can be processed with regular converting methods such as blown film-, cast film-, blow moulding-production etc. Eval ^TM is used mostly with multilayer structures and other thermoplastics like PE, PP, PA, PET, PS etc. to reduce material costs and to combine all the positive properties within one structure.

Applications:

Food and non-food packaging, heating pipes, plastic fuel tanks, fuel pipes etc.
