EPERAN-PP^TM and EPERAN^TM are the brand names for Kaneka's expanded polypropylene and polyethylene foam beads.EPERAN-PP^TM and EPERAN^TM beads are available in a variety of densities and colours and can be easily moulded into complex shapes using well established techniques of steam chest moulding. Moulded planks are also available.

The light weight, superior mechanical properties as well as the excellent thermo-stability and chemical resistance make EPERAN-PP^TM and EPERAN^TM an outstanding material for use in the automotive industry, for engineering products, for returnable containers, cushion packaging, etcetera.

EPERAN-PP^TM and EPERAN^TM consist of easily recyclable polypropylene and polyethylene only.

Applications:

packaging for class "a" products (incl. automotive, electronic , etc.), recreation products (mats, wall pads, toys, etc.), flotation products (kayaks, body boards etc.), construction products (floor underlayment, vibration insulation, etc.) etc.
